This apartment is located in Palermo opposite the zoo in Buenos Aires and has been completely re-invented by its owner. When he bought it it had too many walls low ceilings and an awful layout: the spaces were wasted with different levels and columns which gave it an ugly appearance. He bought it because of the potential views he could get. The renovation was completed after 8 months of hard work.
